Individual Psychotherapy

A Safe Space to Explore, Heal, and Grow

Most people who find their way to therapy have been trying to figure it out on their own for a long time. They're not weak; they're exhausted. Individual therapy is where that changes. It's a confidential, private space to finally say the things you've been carrying, understand why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns, and start moving in a direction that actually feels like yours.

People come to me at all kinds of crossroads: after a relationship falls apart, when anxiety has quietly taken over, when life looks fine from the outside but feels hollow on the inside. Some come because they've simply outgrown who they've been. Both are good reasons. All of it is welcome here.

What You Can Expect

Every session is shaped around you, not a protocol, not a checklist. We'll move at your pace, go where the conversation needs to go, and work together toward something that actually feels different. This isn't advice-giving. It's something deeper than that.

My Approach

I draw from an integrative, relational approach — meaning therapy is guided by what best fits you. Drawing from evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based practices, sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and authenticity.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens within a safe and trusting relationship — one where you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are.

Beginning Therapy

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain. Our first session will be a gentle exploration of what brings you here and what you hope to gain. From there, we’ll decide together on the pace and focus of our work.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

If you’re ready to begin or simply curious to learn more, I invite you to schedule a consultation.
