About Me
I’m a certified psychotherapist, registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (0397), with more than 21 years of professional experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional, relational, and personal challenges.
I work with clients either from my private practice in West Vancouver, B.C. or remotely - no matter where you live in Canada - with the mission of providing the highest level of professional care to every client, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, politics, ethnicity, or nationality.
In addition to psychotherapy, I’m a designated FAMILY ENTERPRISE ADVISOR™ (FEA). I work directly with business families and multidisciplinary teams to provide business families with guidance on family communications, governance structures, succession, inherited wealth, and continuity planning.

Beyond the Office
When I'm not in sessions, I find joy and balance in the simple things: time with family, friends, and with my two beloved dogs, a Frenchie and a Golden Retriever. I like to recharge by road cycling, hiking, engaging in personal fitness routines, and reading - practices that keep me grounded, centered, and inspired to bring my best self to every client interaction.
