I've never believed in one-size-fits-all therapy. The person sitting across from me, whether in my office or on a screen, has a history, a particular way of seeing themselves, and a set of patterns that make complete sense given where they came from. My first job is always the same: create enough safety that you can actually tell me the truth. Because the truth is where the work begins.
I also believe, without reservation, that you are not a victim of your own story. Understanding why you developed certain patterns is important — but it's the starting point, not the destination. Together we'll look at what you want to do differently. I bring warmth to that process, but also honesty. Because real change requires both.

Building a Safe and Trusting Relationship
Before anything else, you need to feel safe. Not managed, not analyzed, safe. Safe enough to say the thing you haven't said out loud yet. That's the foundation everything else is built on, and I take it seriously.
Awakening Awareness and Inner Wisdom
Most people already know, somewhere deep down, what's true for them. They've just learned not to trust it. A lot of our work together involves clearing away the noise: the old stories, the internalized voices, the fear, so that quieter, wiser part of you can finally be heard.
Empowerment and Personal Responsibility
Understanding your past is important. But at some point the question becomes: what now? I believe you have more agency than you've been taught to claim. Helping you find that, and use it, is one of the most meaningful things I get to do in this work.
