A FOUR-WEEK PROGRAM
Could One Childhood Myth Still Be Running Your Life?
Have you ever wondered why intelligent, capable people can still feel as though they're not enough?
What I've come to believe, after more than twenty years in this work, is that these struggles often have something in common.
For over twenty years as a psychotherapist, I've watched people work incredibly hard to overcome anxiety, relationship struggles, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and the feeling that they somehow don't measure up.
Many begin with an invisible conclusion we reached about ourselves as children. I call these Childhood Myths™ ,the quiet beliefs that continue speaking long after we've grown up.
THEY SOUND LIKE
"I'm not good enough."
"I don't matter.
"l can't trust my instincts."
"I don't fit in."
"I'm not competent."
"I'm not successful enough."
Although these conclusions were formed decades ago, they can continue influencing our
relationships, confidence, decisions, and even the opportunities we pursue.
This four-week program is designed to help you identify the childhood myth that may still be
quietly shaping your life, and, more importantly, begin loosening its grip.
Over Four Weekly Sessions, We'll Explore
How childhood myths are formed
How they continue to influence adulthood without us realizing it
Why insight alone rarely changes them
Practical ways to separate old conclusions from present-day reality, so you can begin making choices from who you are today, rather than who you once believed yourself to be
This is an educational, interactive program, not group therapy. There is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable sharing, although many participants find the discussions both insightful and reassuring.
If you've ever felt that a part of you is still living according to rules you
never consciously chose, I think you'll find this work both enlightening and
deeply freeing.
